Refund and Returns Policy

At Royath, every product is printed just for you — so we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons like wrong size, change of mind, or personal dislike of the design.

But don’t worry — if there’s a genuine issue, we’ve got your back.

Defective or Damaged Product?

If your item arrives with:

  • A printing error
  • Damage in transit
  • Wrong item sent

Email us at royath.clothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order ID
  • A clear photo of the issue

We’ll review it and send you a free replacement — no extra cost.

Size Issues

We provide accurate size charts on every product page. Since all items are made to order, we unfortunately cannot offer returns for size mismatches. Please double-check your measurements before ordering.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided if:

  • We cannot fulfill your order due to stock or processing issues
  • The product is damaged and cannot be replaced

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What’s Not Covered

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Delays due to courier partners (we’ll help track it though!)
